    Responsibilities

    The Plazas Market Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the Plaza Market.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

    • Preseason:
      • Assists with recruiting and training of Cashiers
      • Assists with programming and operation of POS systems
      • Assists with other various aspects of pre-season planning and preparation
    • In Season:
      • Must possess excellent guest relations skills:
      • Develop guest relations
      • Recognizing guest issues
      • Ability to troubleshoot and recover guests
    • Responsible for financial performance:
      • cash handling
      • inventory controls (waste, shrink)
      • ordering/receiving/pars
      • meeting or exceeding operational budget expectations
    • Team:
      • Assists with Scheduling Cashiers
      • Oversees standards of operation
    • Must:
      • Be able to attend orientation and all subsequent training
      • Follow all company policies
      • Possess superior leadership skills
      • Possess superior teamwork skills
      • Possess positive attitude through speech and body language
      • uphold uniform policy, personal hygiene, and grooming standards in a professional manner.
      • Embrace and reflect the company culture and values as stated in the Culture/Mission Statement to reach each common goal
      • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years prior experience in retail
    • 1 year experience in a leadership position
