Responsible for managing the overall functioning of the gate operations including a staff of 40. Ensures exceptional customer service is delivered at the seven entry gates during the Chautauqua summer season. This is a full-time seasonal position (approximately 45 hours/week) and includes working on Saturdays. The position begins early May and ends in early September.
Prior experience supervising a large staff and operations required, management experience preferred.
Willing to work nights and weekends during the summer season.
Proven customer service experience.
Ability to make appropriate decisions in stressful situations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Enjoys working outdoors and in an office environment.
