Hiring a Pastry Chef for the Anthenauem Hotel and Heirloom Restaurant. A quailified candidate will posses past Pastry Experience and is able to lead a team of up to 5 people in order to accomplish day to day culinary task. They will report directly to the Executive Chef.
The pastry chef is primarily responsible for creating desserts with approval and coordination with the executive chef, but he or she will also be assigned to other tasks in the kitchen. The following is a list of the tasks that will be asked of the the pastry chef to perform:
Must have at least 2 years pastry experience
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
Must be willing to stand for long hours
Must have effective communication skills
